Accordingly, we present our current starting fees:

• Single Family Residence (including primary garage) start at $575
• Townhome* start at $495
• Condominium** start at $450

*Conventional Multi-units, with Active HOA- Excludes Roof, most Exterior, Sites & Grounds
       NOTE: Two-on-a-lot and 3-on-a-lot Townhomes should be inspected as SFR
**Single level (Apartment-type, with common garage)
